Prices shown are typical market ranges published for transparency: they are not binding quotes, and the written estimate you receive for your specific job is what governs.

Actual service work is governed by the written estimate and any service agreement you receive from us — scope, price, permits, testing, and warranty terms live there, not here. Submitting a form or calling does not itself create an engagement; it starts a conversation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding website use.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version, with its effective date, always lives on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
